Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through either email or phone call to our designated contact details. Please note that cancellations made inside the 24 hours prior to scheduled bookings may be subject to charges or may not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, feel free to contact us using the provided contact information. Green Waste Policy All green waste must be free from contamination. We do not accept stumps, root balls, or any kind of timber (pallets, trellis, decking, fencing etc). We also don't accept plastic (including vege pots, labels etc). An extra fee will be charged at the sole discretion of Shades of Nature for disposing of any non compliant material. Trailer Policy The Trailer remains at all times the property of the Proprietor (Shades of Nature). The trailer is acknowledged to be received in good condition. The trailer must be in the same condition upon collection. The proprietor is not liable for any damage, costs, claims or losses incurred by the Hirer. The trailer must remain on the property as indicated at time of Hire. Should the trailer be stolen or removed from the Hirers property, full replacement cost will be incurred by the Hirer.
